Assistant Manager – Google Advertising

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with hands‑on experience in the Google Advertising ecosystem to join our fast‑growing team. You will work directly with high‑value clients, helping them achieve their marketing objectives through expertly managed Google campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of high‑value clients, ensuring optimal performance of their Google marketing initiatives.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Identify, onboard and activate new brands and businesses into the Google Ads ecosystem.
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to develop compelling pitches and campaign proposals.
• Align client marketing strategies with broader business goals and provide regular performance insights.
• Maintain detailed internal reports, documentation and client‑facing updates.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support and client queries.

Required profile

• Prior experience at a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven track record managing client accounts and running Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent organisational abilities to handle multiple accounts and internal processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
