Analyst – Logistics Export Account Holder

About the role

We are seeking an Analyst – Logistics Export Account Holder to coordinate end‑to‑end export logistics, ensuring smooth operations between internal teams, client merchants and forwarders while meeting customer KPIs and SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal sub‑teams, client merchants, finishing team, logistics team, end customers and nominated forwarders to guarantee seamless export operations.
• Proactively monitor and achieve end‑customer KPIs and adhere to client Service Level Agreements.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures, sharing updates across teams.
• Update buyer requirements, maintain compliance standards and keep an issue log to resolve challenges promptly.
• Organise and facilitate governance meetings related to account management and operational performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of business experience focused on logistics operations.
• Educational requirement: GCE O/L (6 subjects) with passes in Mathematics and English, and GCE Advanced Level with at least three passes; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Strong relationship‑management abilities with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication, independent and team‑oriented work style, and innovative thinking.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
