Junior Associate – Supply Chain (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join Ascent as a Junior Associate in Supply Chain and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment. This fixed‑term position offers a solid start for recent graduates looking to build a career in logistics and supply chain management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate input sheet details into the system and validate data for accuracy.
• Create and validate purchase orders in the system.
• Create and validate the Time & Action calendar in the system.
• Ensure all input sheets are processed within defined processing timelines.
• Provide necessary order information to production facilities, customers and internal parties.

Required profile

• Pass in GCE (O/L) six subjects with passes in Mathematics and English, and G.C.E. Advanced Level – minimum of 3 passes.
• Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment, and effective oral and written communication.
