Web Project Manager – Night Shift (US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Web Project Manager with a strong understanding of web development, project coordination, and client management. The ideal candidate will have experience managing web projects from requirement gathering through delivery, working closely with international clients and internal development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage web development projects from requirement gathering and planning through execution, testing, and final delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, maintaining clear communication and strong professional relationships.
• Gather, document, and clarify client requirements, project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate developers, designers, QA, content teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables while proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Conduct client meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure delivered web solutions meet client requirements, quality standards, and agreed specifications.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to improving workflows, delivery processes, and overall client experience.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of relevant industry experience in web development, web project management, digital solutions, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the web development lifecycle, including websites, web applications, CMS platforms, APIs, and common web technologies.
• Previous experience in a client‑facing role, preferably with international clients or stakeholders.
• Proven experience coordinating or managing web development projects and working with cross‑functional teams.
• Good understanding of project management practices such as planning, timelines, task management, risk identification, and delivery tracking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem‑solving, organisational, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
