Wealth Planner (Full-time, Colombo)

About the role

This full-time, on-site position is based in the Colombo District. As a Wealth Planner you will identify clients’ financial needs, design tailored financial and investment plans, and provide life‑insurance solutions to help them meet their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular meetings and personalized service.
• Manage client investment portfolios, selecting appropriate assets and monitoring performance against objectives.
• Monitor and review financial plans on an ongoing basis, adjusting recommendations as life circumstances change.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide accurate, timely advice.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and finance, enabling the assessment and development of customized financial strategies for diverse client needs.
• Solid knowledge of investment management and various investment products to deliver informed and effective solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance products and services, allowing appropriate coverage recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and foster long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in financial advisory or similar roles (highly advantageous).
• Proficiency in using financial planning tools and conducting data analysis to support decision‑making.
