Trims Merchandiser – Performance Apparel

About the role

The Trims Merchandiser partners with product development, sourcing and manufacturing to bring fabrics, trims, colors and prints to life for lululemon’s premium performance apparel. This self‑leading role blends deep trim knowledge with data‑driven analysis to optimise sourcing, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse demand forecasts to anticipate trim requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Monitor work‑in‑progress (WIP) reports, identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.
• Compare RMV and FGV locations using data analysis to assess supplier performance and material flow.
• Translate analytical findings into sourcing recommendations that improve cost efficiency and lead times.
• Collaborate with design, production and sourcing teams to share data‑driven insights and support proactive decision‑making.
• Track and report on supplier metrics to strengthen partnerships and ensure accountability.
