TeleSales Associate / Executive (B2B)

About the role

Join a dynamic team selling exhibition space and sponsorships to global industry leaders. You will work on multiple international events, building pipelines and engaging senior decision‑makers across SMEs to multinational corporations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential exhibitors for specialist sector exhibitions.
• Conduct cold calls and relationship management with senior decision‑makers.
• Drive weekly sales campaigns and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Support new and returning exhibitors to maximise their ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and other teams to ensure event success.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven B2B tele‑sales or exhibition/event sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Highly organised, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
