Technical Customer Operations Associate

About the role

Otelier is seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Customer Operations Associate to join its Technical Customer Operations (TCO) team. In this role you will help ensure reliable support for hotel technology environments, monitor data flows and assist customers with technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor systems, integrations, data flows and operational dashboards to detect issues before they affect customers.
• Support the TCO team with daily operational tasks, project deliveries and customer support activities.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, investigate root causes and provide timely resolutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Product and other teams to resolve queries and improve the customer experience.
• Perform proactive data‑management activities such as reviewing data quality, validating customer data and supporting corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support cases, monitoring findings and recurring issues while adhering to SLAs.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Currently pursuing a BSc in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Highly self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, analytical and able to work under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a team‑oriented, customer‑focused environment and prioritising tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• SQL – querying, reviewing and validating data.
• MongoDB (knowledge or experience is a plus).
• Python (knowledge or experience is a plus).
