Talent Acquisition Trainee/ Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, tech‑savvy individual to join Codimite’s Talent Acquisition team as a Trainee/Associate. You will be the first point of contact for future innovators, learning the full cycle of tech recruitment in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage top IT talent through LinkedIn and external advertising platforms.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone or video interviews to assess technical, non‑technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System, logging candidate data and feedback.
• Assist in organizing university career fairs, tech meetups and create content for recruitment social media channels.
• Prepare offer letters and collaborate with HR operations to guarantee a seamless first‑day onboarding.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of corporate internship experience in the IT industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Natural networker who thrives in a fast‑moving, startup‑style environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using LinkedIn for recruitment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
