About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at flatrock, you will act as a trusted business partner to hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs and helping them build high‑performing teams. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, while ensuring a positive experience for every candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to anticipate and fulfill their talent needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and close top‑tier candidates to meet quarterly hiring targets.
• Design and execute market‑specific sourcing strategies.
• Coach hiring managers and interview panels to ensure effective, engaging interview processes.
• Promote flatrock’s employer brand through social media, events, and other channels.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience regardless of outcome.

Required profile

• 3+ years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience in high‑growth, fast‑scaling organisations.
• In‑house recruiting background with proven stakeholder partnership.
• Successful track record negotiating and closing tech talent.
• Experience handling both high‑volume and niche hiring.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using metrics to optimise processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Passion, drive, and enthusiasm for securing top talent.
