Join Career141, a leading executive search firm, as a Talent Acquisition Intern. You will support the recruitment of junior to senior positions across multiple industries while building a professional network on LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in sourcing and screening candidates for roles ranging from Intern to C‑Suite level.
• Develop and maintain a LinkedIn network of 500‑5,000 connections to expand talent pipelines.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Prepare candidate shortlists and briefing documents for hiring managers.
• Support the preparation of market research and salary benchmarks.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate with strong interest in HR and executive search.
• Possess a LinkedIn network of at least 500 connections.
• Demonstrated communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Motivated, resilient and able to work under performance‑driven targets.

Required skills

What we offer

• Internship allowance ranging from LKR 40,000 to 100,000 per month.
• Quarterly incentive of LKR 150,000‑200,000 and a performance‑based yearly bonus.
• On‑site work initially, moving to a hybrid model after three months based on performance.
