Executive - Talent Development

About the role

The Executive – Talent Development will partner with business units and line managers to identify skill gaps and translate them into a structured learning calendar. The role oversees the full delivery lifecycle of technical, functional and soft‑skill programmes while fostering a continuous learning culture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs, develop the annual learning calendar and design e‑learning and blended programmes.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of programmes, including scheduling, logistics, nominations and attendance tracking.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate leadership, high‑potential, mentoring and succession initiatives.
• Drive adoption and maintenance of the company Learning Management System, ensuring accurate learning records.
• Maintain L&D databases, monitor training spend, manage external providers and evaluate programme effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
• Support performance management, career development and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in learning and development or a related HR function, preferably in technology or professional services.
• Strong understanding of training needs analysis, learning design and evaluation.
• Experience coordinating multiple programmes and familiarity with LMS or digital learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
• Facilitation and presentation abilities to engage employees at all levels.
