Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join InTalent Asia’s recruitment team in Rajagiriya. The role involves end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of positions, supporting both local and international client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media and internal databases.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
