Student Recruitment Consultant (Remote, Commission‑Based)

About the role

We are expanding our international education consultancy network and are looking for motivated, results‑driven Student Recruitment Consultants. This fully remote position operates on a commission‑only basis, allowing you to build your own pipeline of prospective international students and guide them through the admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective international students using personal networks, marketing efforts, referrals, or other channels.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of student leads.
• Provide counseling on international education opportunities and assist students in selecting suitable programmes.
• Manage the end‑to‑end admissions process, ensuring a smooth experience for each enrollee.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international student recruitment or education consulting.
• Ability to work independently and generate your own student pipeline.
• Comfortable with a fully commission‑based, performance‑driven environment.
• Strong self‑motivation and results‑orientation.
