Social Media & Digital Marketing Lead for Hospitality Brands

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organised marketer to steer the digital presence of a growing hospitality group that includes four distinct brands. You will craft compelling stories that inspire audiences to dine, stay, and engage with each brand’s unique identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Plan monthly content calendars, social grids and posting schedules.
• Shoot, edit and publish engaging reels, videos and photography on‑site.
• Design graphics using Canva and AI‑driven tools while preserving brand visual styles.
• Write captivating captions and manage day‑to‑day community interaction.
• Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
• Plan, manage and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Collaborate with photographers, video editors and internal teams to produce high‑quality campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok best practices.
• Experience handling multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Highly organised with solid project‑management skills.
• Creative eye for hospitality, food, travel and lifestyle branding.
