About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead sales, ensure brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales, profitability and achieve KPI targets.
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Manage CRM, stock control, POS and cash operations.
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained.
- Execute promotions, campaigns and showroom activities.
- Monitor daily performance, inventory and operational standards.
- Prepare regular sales and KPI reports.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field.
- 5–8 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or menswear.
- 2–3 years of experience in store/showroom management.
- Multi‑brand retail experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Results‑driven, customer‑focused and hands‑on attitude.
- High integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
