Shipping Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Shipping Executive to join our logistics team in Colombo. The role involves handling end‑to‑end shipping operations, ensuring smooth coordination of freight movements and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Bill of Lading and other export/import documents.
• Coordinate freight forwarding activities and bookings with carriers.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that arise.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or customer service.
• Graduate degree in logistics or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday, 6:30 am – 3:30 pm.
• Preferably residing in Colombo or nearby areas.
