Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Asset Management & Agentic AI

About the role

IFS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its Enterprise Asset Management portfolio, integrating high‑agency AI capabilities into shutdowns, turnarounds, and major capital projects. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery across multiple asset‑intensive industries.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a product vision and roadmap tied to measurable outcomes such as asset availability, reliability, and cost control.
• Lead customer discovery with maintenance, reliability, operations, and capital‑planning leaders to prioritize high‑value features.
• Embed agentic AI into project‑based work, enabling autonomous scope definition, schedule optimisation, and real‑time replanning.
• Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through launch, scaling, and adoption, coordinating engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
• Shape go‑to‑market strategy, including differentiation, pricing, packaging, and adoption metrics.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, platform, or enterprise software environments.
• Deep knowledge of shutdown, turnaround, and major capital projects within Enterprise Asset Management.
• Hands‑on experience in customer discovery, prototyping, and validating solutions.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products that deliver measurable customer value.

Required skills

• Experience with AI/ML‑enabled enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with asset‑management standards and practices (e.g., ISO 55000, RCM, EHS/compliance).
