Delivery Manager

About the role

The Delivery Manager will lead planning and delivery across multiple scrum teams within a SAFe environment, ensuring high‑quality capabilities for end customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead planning for multiple scrum teams and coordinate with Product Owners.
• Produce Agile metrics and reports, mentor teams on Agile practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and release cadence across teams.
• Communicate progress to senior leadership and maintain detailed workstream plans.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of software delivery experience in Agile environments.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (CSM, PSM or SAFe).
• Proven experience coaching scrum teams and delivery leads.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of Agile software development and SAFe.
• Experience with cloud‑based system environments and release management.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
