Senior Implementation Consultant - Treasury and Capital Markets

About the role

IGT1, an offshore technology and talent solutions company based in Port City, Colombo, is recruiting a Senior Implementation Consultant for its client Kyriba, the global leader in cloud-based finance solutions. The consultant acts as a trusted advisor guiding banking clients through the implementation of Kyriba's SaaS treasury solutions, designing and deploying tailored solutions for working capital, securitization, payments and bank connectivity. The role sits at the intersection of technology and finance, with significant autonomy and diverse projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design workshops with banking clients and build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology vendors and industry associations
• Manage client relationships through regular virtual and on-site meetings and support the banking channel with practical insights
• Configure and test Kyriba solutions across modules, guide UAT, go-live preparation and production support, and track milestones with dashboards and project management tools
• Design and implement workflows for functional and technical modules
• Work with clients on connectivity solutions including SAP, Oracle, host-to-host, APIs and ERP integrations
• Design and deliver customized training programs, maintain documentation and enablement materials, and obtain and maintain Kyriba certifications

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field (master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in banks, corporate treasury, treasury management system implementations, capital markets, asset management or similar fields
• Understanding of banking connectivity, payments, cash management, investment, settlement and reconciliation processes
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage project processes and deliver on time and within scope, and to work during NORAM business hours
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Required skills

• Requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and client delivery
• Preferred: experience with Kyriba or another Treasury Management System, knowledge of fund, portfolio, instrument, transaction, liquidity and reporting workflows, and technical understanding of APIs, file-based integrations and data mapping
