Senior Front-End Developer – React & Next.js

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our software team in Colombo. You will work on high‑performance, responsive web applications using modern technologies and collaborate closely with clients, designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, high‑performance web applications.
• Develop scalable solutions with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Translate client requirements into effective technical implementations.
• Participate in client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Own front‑end architecture decisions and ensure code quality.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and third‑party services.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial front‑end development experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
