Senior Finance Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Associate to support our finance team in delivering accurate month‑end reporting and continuous process improvement. You will own key accounting processes, ensure deadlines are met and contribute to enhancing service quality for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journals, balance‑sheet reconciliations and budgeting/variance analysis.
• Own allocated finance processes, monitor deadlines and communicate any service‑delivery issues to the Team Leader.
• Maintain quality standards, update procedure manuals and keep process documentation in the agreed format.
• Proactively handle service‑delivery deviations, keep stakeholders informed and maintain strong relationships with on‑shore peers.
• Identify improvement opportunities, eliminate non‑value‑adding activities and suggest automation through formulas or macros.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to raise the quality and efficiency of deliverables.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in an accounting or finance department.
• Part‑qualified or pursuing CIMA, ICA, ACCA, CMA, CFAS, AAT or a relevant finance degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
