Senior Executive – Production (Manufacturing Leader)

About the role

Michelin is seeking a Senior Executive – Production to lead a manufacturing Business Unit, driving sustainable people, profit and planet value. The role combines operational excellence, people development and digital transformation responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Share best practices across Business Units and support plant performance as part of a “One Manufacturing Team”.
• Detect, develop and export talent, ensuring career growth for team members within the shop.
• Act as a role model for company values, safety, attendance and employee issue resolution.
• Lead customer‑centric initiatives, collaborating with local teams on industrialisation, modifications and digital projects.
• Promote environmental sustainability, implementing strategies for impact reduction and biodiversity.
• Drive operational excellence using MMW, MDP, OR/MAPP, reducing variation and non‑value‑added tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience leading Business Unit teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Certificate in Lean, Six Sigma or Operational Excellence is an advantage.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and Industry 4.0, automation or digital transformation.
• Strong leadership passion for people development and high‑performing teams.
