Senior Executive Human Resources

About the role

Join the leading hospitality group in Sri Lanka as a Senior Executive Human Resources. You will drive HR digitalisation, improve data accuracy and support the employee experience across a portfolio of hotels and resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and support HR digitalisation initiatives to boost operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Develop, update and maintain HR policies, procedures and SOPs in line with labour laws.
• Lead policy awareness campaigns, training sessions and compliance audits.
• Conduct regular HR system and data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity and privacy compliance.
• Prepare HR analytics, dashboards and management reports for decision‑making.
• Maintain Databricks and HR dashboards, and train HR teams on AI‑powered tools.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, promotions and separations.
• Assist in HR project implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and technology.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in operations, systems, analytics or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to data accuracy.
• Good understanding of HR processes, policies, employee lifecycle and payroll.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
