Senior AI Business Analyst / Project Manager

About the role

Ultimo, an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software company within IFS, is using AI to transform its internal teams across Sales, Services, Support, HR, Finance and Marketing. As Senior AI Business Analyst, you will own the internal AI products and agents end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, launch and adoption. You will turn business problems into usable AI solutions, working with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, prioritise the backlog and guide products from idea to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a clear product vision for internal AI solutions with leadership, aligned to business objectives
• Work with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges and opportunities where AI can create value
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and solutions
• Manage and refine a goal-oriented AI product backlog, prioritising by value, impact, risks and dependencies
• Deliver AI product increments with technical teams, defining acceptance criteria
• Support launch and adoption by communicating purpose, capabilities and value to users
• Gather feedback and usage insights to improve products and find new opportunities
• Stay up to date with AI developments, including enterprise AI, and apply them practically

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT & Management or a comparable field
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner or similar
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and managing internal and external stakeholders
• Good understanding of business processes and ability to present solutions and gather stakeholder feedback
• Good understanding of AI concepts and their practical application in business
