Sector Manager - Land Operations (Western Province)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Sector Manager to lead land‑based security operations across the Western Province. The role involves overseeing security officers, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and motivate existing security officers through appropriate actions and support.
• Minimise penalties and ensure timely collection of dues.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of security officers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Continuously optimise processes to streamline operations and improve performance.

Required profile

• Retired commissioned officer (rank of Major or equivalent) from the Army, Navy or Air Force with an unblemished record and at least 15 years of service.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Detail‑oriented with strong decision‑making capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
