About the role
Bilesma Natural (Pvt) Ltd is seeking energetic and target‑oriented individuals to join its growing sales team as a Sales Representative. You will be responsible for promoting the company’s products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and outlets.
- Visit assigned customers/outlets and promote company products.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service and follow up on orders and payments.
Required profile
- G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification.
- Previous experience in sales or FMCG (advantageous).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target‑oriented, energetic and self‑motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving licence (advantageous).
