Sales Representative – Automotive

About the role

We are looking for an energetic full‑time Sales Representative to join our Colombo showroom. The role involves engaging with leads, walk‑in customers and supporting them through financing to purchase quality vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Book appointments with leads over the phone and follow up to ensure attendance.
• Persuade walk‑in customers by listening to their needs and presenting suitable vehicles.
• Assist customers through financing options and complete purchase transactions.
• Maintain accurate sales records, track data and metrics.
• Conduct long‑term follow‑up with leads to close deals.
• Support showroom presentation and participate in promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities, building rapport and trust.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills, including closing and handling objections.
• Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English and Sinhala (conversational); Tamil is a plus.
• Availability to work on‑site, including weekends and extended hours.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency using digital sales tools.
