Recruiter / Recruitment Manager – Construction

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter / Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts for construction and engineering projects. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and client teams to secure the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for construction and engineering requirements.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
• Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on project and industry experience.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and niche construction roles.
• Conduct salary, availability, notice‑period, and candidate‑interest checks.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and account/client teams.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment for construction or engineering roles.
• Ability to interpret technical job descriptions and match candidate expertise.
• Strong coordination skills with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines for specialized positions.
• Attention to detail in salary and availability checks.
