About the role
LUMALA, a leading bicycle manufacturer with a 50‑year heritage, is expanding its product portfolio to include e‑bikes and innovative three‑wheelers. To support this growth, we are looking for a self‑motivated Production Planning Executive to coordinate production activities and ensure efficient material flow.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
- Perform demand and capacity planning to balance resources.
- Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to guarantee timely availability of components.
- Support inventory management and monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to resolve production issues.
- Track and report production performance metrics.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in supply chain, engineering, or operations management.
- 1–3 years of experience in scheduling or production planning.
- Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
