Production Executive

About the role

The Production Executive will lead daily manufacturing operations for LUMALA’s bicycle production lines, ensuring efficient output and high quality standards. This role is pivotal in supporting the company’s rapid growth and expanding product portfolio, including e‑bikes and innovative three‑wheelers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities across multiple product lines.
• Ensure timely output while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Coordinate machine and equipment usage, addressing any operational issues.
• Prepare and deliver daily performance reports for management.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, logistics and quality assurance to streamline processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a senior production or manufacturing role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and control.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in bicycle or similar industries.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to work under pressure.
