Production Executive – Brewing

About the role

We are seeking a Production Executive to lead brewing and processing operations, ensuring top‑level quality, safety, and productivity. You will manage the end‑to‑end production flow, from raw material intake to the finished bright beer, while coordinating closely with packaging and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brewing and processing operations using Batch Oriented Technology (BOTEC) software.
• Supervise shift staff, monitor production targets, and track performance.
• Coordinate with Packaging and Engineering to deliver product according to LBCPLC Quality & Food Safety specifications.
• Manage the computerized production system, ensuring compliance with product quality standards and productivity indicators.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Science, Engineering, or Food Science.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage production role.
• Willingness to work on a shift/roster basis.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining product consistency.
