About the role
LUMALApioneers, a leading bicycle manufacturer, is expanding rapidly and seeks a self‑motivated Production Coordinator to ensure smooth daily production operations and timely output.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities, prepare and manage schedules based on demand and capacity.
- Monitor progress, ensure deadlines and quality standards are met, and maintain accurate production records.
- Communicate with production teams, supervisors, suppliers and logistics to support effective coordination.
- Track raw material requirements, assist inventory planning and help resolve issues such as delays or equipment problems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with production planning or ERP software.
