Partner Success Manager (Remote)

About the role

Vygo is looking for a Partner Success Manager to act as the primary liaison for its university partners. This remote position combines implementation, ongoing support, and growth initiatives to ensure partners derive maximum value from Vygo’s SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and configuration of new partner institutions, ensuring timely launch.
• Provide day‑to‑day support, resolve user inquiries, and coordinate escalations with Engineering when needed.
• Maintain data integrity and meet all project deadlines without external prompting.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, acting as a Vygo advocate.
• Identify expansion signals during regular check‑ins and supply technical insights to sales for upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Deliver training, resources, and guidance to help partners fully utilise the platform.
• Produce accurate partner‑facing documents such as Highlight reports and Quarterly Business Reports.
• Contribute to internal projects, including process improvements and new feature testing.

• Commercially aware with the ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy when handling user inquiries.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently and flag areas needing additional training.
