About the role

Rare Carat is seeking a remote Finished Jewellery Associate to oversee its finished jewellery portfolio. You will ensure product quality, manage supplier relationships, and keep product listings accurate while supporting the company’s mission to provide high‑quality engagement rings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the finished jewellery portfolio, maintaining up‑to‑date product information.
• Ensure product quality through rigorous quality‑assurance processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain the integrity of product listings across e‑commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve the customer experience.
• Implement strategies that align with company goals and growth plans.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of finished jewellery products and gemstone properties.
• Experience in product quality assurance and supplier coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in the jewellery industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design, Gemology, Business, or a related field is a plus.
