Retail Showroom Executive

About the role

The Retail Showroom Executive works full‑time on‑site in Colombo, welcoming customers to Luxe Colombo’s premium showroom and helping them find imported gourmet products that match their needs. The role blends customer service, merchandising, and coordination with the online team to deliver a seamless, high‑quality shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the showroom and provide product information and recommendations aligned with the premium brand.
• Manage showroom displays, merchandising, and ensure accurate stock levels and product presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, sales transactions, and coordinate with the online operations team.
• Support promotional activities, maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, and capture customer feedback.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Good command of English and local languages with confidence in face‑to‑face interactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and online retail environments.
