Manager, Implementation Consulting (Treasury)

About the role

IGT1, an offshore technology and talent solutions company based in Port City, Colombo, is hiring a Manager, Implementation Consulting for its client Kyriba, a global provider of cloud-based finance solutions. The manager provides strategic oversight and leadership for a team of implementation consultants who turn complex client requirements into production-ready treasury environments, enabling faster go-lives and better customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of implementation consultants in configuring core treasury modules such as Cash Management and Payments, and guide the team in building and managing data
• Manage the team's collaboration with Professional Services colleagues and subject matter experts worldwide
• Deliver the sold project within budget, achieve at least 50% personal billable utilization and meet the subscription booking target
• Act as project escalation point, maintain client contacts and serve as a trusted advisor
• Drive adoption of internal tools, scripts and AI assistants, and create automation templates for recurring treasury configurations
• Ensure quality checks and validation of deliverables, oversee UAT datasets and test scenarios, and run functional checks on payment workflows, statement imports and cash positioning logic
• Ensure clear configuration documentation and professional handovers

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in treasury system implementation, ERP configuration or banking/payments consulting
• Experience with SaaS implementations or multi-entity, multi-currency environments
• Proven track record of improving team performance through automation or process redesign
• Knowledge of ERP data models (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday) and their treasury touchpoints
• Functional treasury knowledge of cash management, payments, liquidity, FX and accounting integration
• Familiarity with bank connectivity (SWIFT, Host-to-Host, SFTP, EBICS) and payment formats (ISO 20022, BAI2, SEPA, NACHA)

Required skills

• Strong Excel and data modeling skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing)
• Comfortable working with AI-based accelerators and automation tools
• Clear communication and documentation skills for client-facing work
