Manager Corporate Investigations

About the role

SriLankan is looking for a Manager Corporate Investigations to oversee the investigations function and travel document verification processes across all UL flight operations. The role leads, guides and elevates the investigations team to safeguard the company's operational credibility and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee investigation quality and strategic direction, escalate critical cases to leadership and represent the company to law enforcement, government and regulatory authorities.
• Take overall accountability for planning, allocating and optimising manpower, logistics and operational requirements for Investigations and Document Checking, keeping budgets within approved limits.
• Provide strategic oversight for prosecution-related and Disciplinary Inquiry cases, ensuring compliance with policies and legal standards.
• Audit investigation and document verification processes and lead the Investigations and Document Checkers teams, setting performance expectations and mentoring staff.
• Resolve critical incidents and high-profile cases swiftly and professionally, and report outcomes, verification performance and compliance risks to senior management.
• Collaborate with divisional heads to align investigation activities with organisational objectives and policies.
• Manage the annual budget for Safety and Service Trainings, including manpower, equipment and business continuity plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of overall experience in Human Resources (Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Compliance, Legal or Investigation), including 4 years in a managerial capacity or similar, OR an Attorney-at-Law of Sri Lanka with the same experience pattern.
• Age not more than 40 years as of 02 November 2026, the closing date.
• Sri Lankan citizen.
