Legal Manager – Recruitment & Executive Search

About the role

The Manager Legal position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Katunayake. You will lead all legal aspects of the company’s recruitment and executive‑search activities, ensuring compliance with local and international labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts, service agreements, NDAs and other legal documents.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to corporate, employment and contract law.
• Provide legal advice to senior management on business decisions and risk management.
• Coordinate with external counsel when specialised expertise is required.
• Handle dispute resolution, maintain accurate legal records and support internal training on legal requirements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of corporate, employment and contract law, preferably applied in a recruitment or services environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple legal matters and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High ethical standards, integrity and a commitment to confidentiality.
