About the role

The Luxury Travel Designer crafts bespoke, high‑touch itineraries for discerning travelers, turning detailed briefs into polished, commercially viable proposals. You will blend aesthetic vision with operational precision to deliver unforgettable journeys across Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Design tailor‑made luxury itineraries that align with client priorities, trip purpose, and budget.
• Translate enquiry notes into elegant proposals featuring clear routing, compelling storytelling, and sound pricing.
• Recommend hotels, villas, guides, experiences, and transport options that match the guest profile.
• Collaborate with sales, concierge, and operations teams to refine proposals and ensure seamless handovers.
• Review supplier rates, seasonal constraints, blackout dates, and feasibility before issuing proposals.
• Revise itineraries based on feedback while protecting brand positioning and margin quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury travel design, premium leisure sales support, or destination‑management itinerary planning.
• Excellent written English with the ability to produce polished, globally credible proposals.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka destinations and a willingness to deepen expertise in the Maldives and surrounding regions.
