Lead/Principal Agentic AI Full Stack Engineer (UX & Frontend Framework)

About the role

IFS is looking for a full-stack engineer who can care about UX details in the morning, build a React component after lunch and ship a Go service by the end of the day. The role spans React, TypeScript, Web Components, Go, AI agents and MCPs, treating them as one product engineering problem rather than separate disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product capabilities across frontend and backend
• Create exceptional user experiences using React, TypeScript and modern web technologies
• Develop scalable services and APIs in Go
• Build and integrate MCP servers and AI-powered product capabilities
• Explore how agentic workflows and AI-assisted engineering can improve products and developer productivity
• Raise the technical bar through hands-on engineering and join a global team of engineers focused on great UX and continuous learning

Required profile

• Genuinely full stack, caring as much about UX as architecture
• Loves building things, not just discussing them
• Uses AI tools daily and is curious about where software engineering is heading
• Can learn new domains quickly and operates with a high degree of ownership
• Prefers broad, impactful problems over narrowly defined roles
• Not suitable for someone who wants only backend, only frontend or a highly specialized role with fixed boundaries
