Lead Generation & Appointment Setter – B2B Sales

About the role

We are looking for a confident, driven Lead Generation and Appointment Setter to join Voigue’s sales team. You will work on high‑volume outbound cold calls, engage B2B prospects and set qualified appointments for the closing team. The role is hybrid, with a shift that aligns with Sri Lankan business hours and the Australian calendar.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to identify and engage potential B2B prospects.
• Set qualified appointments and hand over warm leads to the sales/closing team.
• Build and manage prospect lists using Apollo, Lusha and other lead‑generation platforms.
• Deliver confident, engaging, consultative pitches and handle objections professionally.
• Follow up with prospects via calls and email to nurture opportunities.
• Accurately update CRM records with call outcomes, notes and appointment details.
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly calling and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably with Australian or international markets.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident, energetic and resilient personality with the ability to handle rejection.
• Strong listening and rapport‑building skills.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.
