Junior Business Development – Merchant Acquisitions

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Execution professional to help Yara Technologies expand its merchant base. The role focuses on outreach, follow‑ups, onboarding and execution with prospects such as universities, schools, tuition providers and pre‑schools, turning pipeline opportunities into active partnerships and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support acquisition of merchants for Yara’s technology products.
• Manage the full prospect journey from first contact through onboarding and go‑live.
• Coordinate meetings, product demos, proposals and required documentation.
• Maintain and update the CRM, track pipeline and ensure disciplined execution.
• Assist partner activation and relationship management to drive adoption.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships or client servicing.
• Strong follow‑up discipline and ability to juggle multiple leads.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Execution‑oriented, organised and commercially minded.
• Professional marketing qualification or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for pipeline tracking and documentation.
