ISO Audit & Compliance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional to lead our ISO management systems and compliance audits within a manufacturing environment. The role combines quality management, documentation control, and process improvement to ensure regulatory and customer standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Coordinate third‑party compliance audits such as SQP, GSV, SMETA and ensure timely closure of non‑conformities.
• Manage documentation control, process mapping and SOP development.
• Analyse production processes, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support quality control activities and liaise with production teams.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Proven track record handling third‑party compliance audits and corrective actions.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, documentation and record management.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting; production coordination experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, reporting and coordination abilities.

• ERP systems – preferably Odoo.
