International Recruitment Officer – UK Academic Partnerships

About the role

The International Recruitment Officer will drive student enrolment for Oxford International Education Group’s UK Academic Partnership programmes and Direct University pathways. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role combines sales, relationship management and market intelligence to meet regional targets.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit qualified international students from Sri Lanka to study UK OIEG programmes, achieving agreed targets.
• Develop and execute international marketing and recruitment plans for priority markets.
• Conduct local recruitment visits, gather market intelligence and produce reports.
• Maintain and grow relationships with schools, colleges, universities and other external partners.
• Advise prospective students on programme options and admission criteria.
• Track recruitment activity, manage prospect pipelines and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Eligibility to live, work and travel freely in Sri Lanka.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Significant experience recruiting students to overseas higher‑education institutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
