Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead Eyepax’s HR function and shape the company’s people strategy. The role partners with senior leadership to build a high-performance, accountable and people-focused organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into workforce plans, talent acquisition and succession strategies.
• Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development and HR operations.
• Lead organisational development, change-management initiatives and continuous improvement of HR policies and governance.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, performance-review processes, salary reviews and retention trends, implementing data-driven improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions in software consulting or IT services environments.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution.
• Excellent people-management and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Ability to use HR data and analytics to drive decisions.
