Human Resources Executive

About the role

Browns Hotels & Resorts is seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to support its growing portfolio of hotels across Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and Mauritius. The role focuses on strengthening employee engagement, onboarding, and overall HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor their impact.
• Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including general HR practices.
• Collaborate with managers and staff to address HR queries and foster a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Full or part qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized university, CIPM, or a reputable institute.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR management with exposure to employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of onboarding, induction, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
