About the role

Emerald Bay Resort Mirissa is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, welcoming, and fully stocked. This full‑time, on‑site position plays a vital part in delivering the resort’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms daily.
• Change linens, towels, and replenish amenities according to resort standards.
• Manage laundry operations for guest garments and hotel linens.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering team.
• Interact courteously with guests, respond promptly to requests, and support overall resort cleanliness.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience handling laundry, linens, and guest garments.
• Willingness to follow housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
