Head of Operations (Construction)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Head of Operations to lead the delivery and growth of our high‑rise building projects. The successful candidate will own the operational performance of the business, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business objectives aligned with company growth targets.
• Oversee end‑to‑end high‑rise building projects from planning through handover.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve project and company objectives.
• Manage company P&L, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Drive sales turnover, business development, and expansion initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with taxation and statutory obligations.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, and performance, reporting progress to senior management.
• Improve operational efficiency and overall organisational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Civil Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• CIMA or a related professional qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role with a proven track record in operations management, business development, strategic planning and team leadership.
• Experience in high‑rise building projects is preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset with strategic, financial, operational and project management capabilities.
