Civil Designer – Land Development

About the role

The company is seeking a Civil Designer specialized in land development to work remotely on U.S. projects. The role involves creating detailed civil engineering plans using Civil 3D while adhering to U.S. standards and client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil engineering plans and documentation using Civil 3D.
• Develop and manage Civil 3D models, including surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading plans, and utility networks.
• Produce plan/profile sheets, cross‑sections, and quantity takeoffs.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and CAD teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain drawing standards and workflows in line with U.S. codes (AASHTO, DOT, etc.).

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience using Autodesk Civil 3D on U.S.-based civil engineering projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
